This desire to share my experiences and create space for others led me to my brother Max and my colleague Ama. Together, we realized that the heartfelt, often hilarious conversations that brought us so much joy could be something more—something that would connect with others who, like us, believe in transformation. We felt a spark to create from the heart and offer a different kind of healing.
We envisioned a collective rooted in self-healing, where wholeness and authenticity are at the center. Rather than embracing outdated therapy paradigms that label and pathologize, we focus on the inherent wholeness within each person. Our work is about guiding others to discover that truth within themselves. We all have a background in psychology, but what connects us is our deep experiences inside our own healing.
Together, we offer trauma-informed practices to elevate collective consciousness, using a gentle, intuitive approach grounded in presence. Our passion is to empower individuals on their healing journeys and build a community where growth and connection are accessible to everyone. Through this, we nurture a world where being yourself is not just a goal, but a way of being."
